PIT BULL TERRIER
2 YEARS OLD
Lala LOVES people. Her signature move is the “lean in.” She is so calm in the house; her foster works from home, and Lala spends most of her day sleeping on the couch. She knew “sit” when from the beginning, but her foster has since taught her “stay,” “off,” and “go lay down.” (She learns so quickly, with training treats and positive reinforcement.) She has gotten so much better on a leash, with the help of a harness. She sleeps in bed, in a little ball near the bottom... After a quick snuggle session, she’ll listen when you say, “Go lay down.” She still has some puppy energy, but again, is very calm inside, with proper walks/play time in a yard. She’s great in the car.
Lala is a little thing, but don’t underestimate her size; she’s 43.5 pounds of pure muscle! She rarely barks, and never has inside. She has free reign of the house when her foster is gone, and has never had a potty accident, nor has she ever chewed a thing, gotten into the trash, etc.
Lala gets very excited when meeting new dogs and would do best with a dog friend that likes to play as much as she does. She has puppy energy so would benefit from a dog friend that can keep up with her.
